Carl Simon is the VP of Infrastructure & Sustainability of Foodlink, the food bank of Rochester and the finger lakes region. In this role he manages the organization’s facilities, technology, and investments.  He is also on the Board of Directors of the Genesee Land Trust.  In his free time he enjoys native plant gardening, Brazilian Jujitsu and spending time with his wife and 2 young boys.
