Jeremiah is the farmer and owner of Schenk Homestead Farm LLC, a 4-acre diversified vegetable farm in Naples, NY. On the farm, Jeremiah uses organic practices to grow over 40 types of crops that are sold at the Brighton Farmers Market, a community supported agriculture program, and to local restaurants and grocery stores. Since childhood Jeremiah has had a passion for health and sustainable living. In pursuing his studies in health sciences, he soon discovered he could make his greatest impact keeping others healthy by improving the food we eat and helping others connect to nature. He is formally educated with a B.S. in Biology and a M.A.T. in secondary science education.
