David Beinetti

David is a Principal and the Chief Marketing Officer of SWBR. He is an architect and designer believing in the power of ideas and is highly skilled at programming and needs analysis. With clients, he works as a team builder and facilitator, striving to improve design by involving all members of the team in creative problem-solving sessions.

He believes that design excellence requires a creative balance to meet program and operational needs. He has had multiple success stories as Principal-In-Charge of hundreds of notable area projects and is passionate about sustainable design. He has taken the lead at SWBR in moving the firm forward to embrace the ideas and concepts of incorporating sustainable design elements into everything that they do.
