Accelerator member organization Climate Reality Project—Finger Lakes Chapter will be hosting Dr. Luis Aguirre-Torres, the Director of Sustainability for the City of Ithaca, for its chapter monthly meeting on Thursday, September 16. Luis leads the Ithaca Green New Deal (IGND) initiative and has already been making progress. In his presentation on Sept. 16, Luis will provide an overview of the Ithaca Green New Deal and explain how it can become a model for other communities in New York State (and beyond).
