Jilian Quigley (she/her/hers) is a Brooklyn born/Queens raised Sex Educator who has resettled her life in Rochester, NY. For the past 7 years she has worked for The Society for the Protection and Care of Children. Her primary focus has been teaching sex education to youth who live in detention centers, homeless shelters, and foster care group homes. Jilian has worked with teen parents as a family coordinator and has facilitated parenting workshops to parents who are involved with the pre-trial court systems. Jilian is the Co-Founder and Co-Director of Rochester’s Sexual and Reproductive Justice. Roc.SRJ believes sexual and reproductive justice exists when all people have the autonomy, resources, and rights to make decisions about their bodies, reproduction, and sexual lives with dignity.
