Jenny Loewenstein is the Sustainability Program Manager at the Genesee Finger Lakes Regional Planning Council. With extensive experience collaborating with communities and stakeholders, she focuses on addressing their environmental, economic, and social needs. Currently, she is leading the development of a Comprehensive Climate Action Plan for the nine-county Genesee-Finger Lakes Region. 

She holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry and a Master’s in Urban Affairs from Boston University.
