Darrell Whitbeck serves as President & CEO of the Ability Partners agencies, CP Rochester, Happiness House, and Rochester Rehabilitation Center; and the Ability Partners Foundation. Before leading the Ability Partners organizations, Whitbeck held various clinical and leadership roles within the agencies for over 20 years. Beginning his career as an Occupational Therapist, Whitbeck has specialized in serving individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities as well as those who have sustained Traumatic Brain Injuries. Darrell and his wife, Jill, who is also an Occupational Therapist in the same field, reside in West Henrietta with their two wonderful children, Emily and Wyatt.
