Janielle Crocker

Jan is a native of Rochester New York and a servant leader. She earned her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from North Central University and has a foundation in Human Service. She serves as the Chief Impact Officer at Connected Communities Inc. in Rochester NY and is responsible for process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across four pillars of community development.

Jan is strategic, personable, and committed to serving the communities to which she belongs. She uses her skills and influence to inspire others in a variety of ways. She’s been noted by others as detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and always willing to listen. She has over 15 years of experience in program design and development, as well as project management.

Her prior roles include 21st Century Community Learning Center’s Director, Childhood Healthy Weight Project Manager, School Building Administrator, and Grants Manager. Jan is also abudding entrepreneur and committed to her own professional development. She is a faithleader and serves on several Nonprofit Boards. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, sharing her faith, writing, and physical activities.
