Shannon Ealy is Director of Programs and Partnerships at OneROC, an economic development alliance accelerating growth in Greater Rochester. 

Before joining OneROC, Shannon spent nearly a decade at Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, helping over 1,300 member businesses build connections, share resources, and achieve success. She takes pride in advancing transformative projects that unlock the region's potential and enhance quality of life for its residents.

In her free time, Shannon enjoys exploring the outdoors, supporting local businesses, and embracing the vibrant culture of the Finger Lakes and Upstate NY.
